Found this cropping up in the yard, wondering if this is marijuana or not, I know marijuana is generally green, but this is in northern Wisconsin and we have had some cold nights around 38-45 degrees recently so maybe lacking nutrients? Is this a legal or illegal plant/weed?

Hi @Pjwillis88
It could be a buckeye or horse-chestnut seedling. Are there any large trees with this type of leaf growing in your neighborhood?

Looks like a buckeye seedling.
There is a similar photo way down at the bottom in this link:

Thank you both for the help in identifying, after looking at many pictures of Red Buckeye and horse chestnut leaves, I found some of the Red Buckeye which look identical to the one in my yard, marking this as solved as Red Buckeye seedling, oddly, no other leaves like them in the vicinity of my yard, nevertheless, glad to know I'm not participating in illegal activities, thanks again!
