As a comment about Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Taunus Orange Candy'), Seedfork wrote:

I just saw this, and was wondering why the hybridizer named the plant "Taunus Orange Candy' then in the written description writes "pink with purple eyezone and green to yellow throat'. No mention in the description of the bloom actually being Taunus Orange, no mention of orange at all. I wonder if there was a mistake in the registration of the plant.

Yep, I suspect an error in the AHS listing, not the first time we've seen it. I just can't find an official website from this hybridizer to check it though.
