Your tree look healthy. The growths on the leaves are fairly common, but I don't know what causes them or treatments for them. Don't seem to do much damage. Peach trees are very disease prone. But this not one of the really bad ones. http://www.clemson.edu/extensi...

I seem to get that on the leaves every year, I wish I knew what it was and if it's preventable . As long as it doesent effect the fruit , no biggie .

I have a lot of these black flies and sprayed. It seems to take care of them . I wonder if they are the culprit for the leaves to have that spot on them , attached image . Look carefully in the middle .
