Plant ID forum: Help, please

Hi all,

New here and I'm diving right in! I live in Maryland and this grows freely in my mom's yard. I potted some and as you can see, it's thriving. The problem is, neither one of us know what it's called. Does anyone recognize it?

Okay, so I've been searching around sedum posted here. Is it Stringy stonecrop? Do we have an ID?? Smiling
