|I have 2 peonies that are suffering from some type fungus. Attached are some pics of the affected peonies:
Is this Phytophthora blight? What should I do? Remove the diseased foliage or the entire plant? I have other peonies that are not suffering from this fungus.

There is a page that helps with peony disease diagnoses. They would be your best source for accurate diagnosis.
Do not destroy your Peony.

|I had this problem with a number of my peonies this year. What I did was to cut off all the affected diseased parts (foliage and stems) and discarded them in a bag to be disposed in trash. Make sure you disinfect the pruner or scissor used to trim off these diseased parts. Next spray the whole peony and the soil surrounding the peony with fungicide to kill any spores that may potentially be there. Good luck! Hopefully that will take care of the problem that they don't return next year.|
