I moved to an established garden and this came up. The flower looks like a buttercup, but so much foliage for the flower makes me wonder if this goes in the compost pile? Thanks!

It's a Ranunculus, but I'm not sure which one.
When counting, try not to mix chickens with blessings.

Looks like Ranunculus repens...a thug known as creeping buttercup.
