Please help to identify the following herb: turquoise in color, pleasant aroma, grows on a short tree like.

Looks like an artemisia of some type, perhaps 'Powis Castle' which is a common wormwood.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.

It could also be A. absinthia which looks quite similar to Powis Castle. The difference is absinthia is a really tall rangy herb whereas Powis Castle is much more compact and shorter.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.
