I don't think so. Ramona has red anthers that 'stand up' in the center. (I just spotted a wrong one in our database and will be contacting them) Yours seems to be only red tipped. Can you provide some close-ups?

Large flower, lilac-blue color, yellow stamens, early bloom = HF Young in my mind. One of my very favorite varieties!

Well, okay. Those newer photos definitely show red in the stamens, which HF Young doesn't have.

No Clematis 'Elsa Spaeth' had dark reddish anthers and the petals are wider, most overlapping.

My pics are of an Elsa Spath I used to have. I agree with you about the overlapping, but the stamens don't look red all the way down.
