Plant ID forum: A question about ID, Monstera obliqua vs. adansonii

It has been proposed to me that my vine is M. adansonii, not M. obliqua.




Deebie's plant looks like M. obliqua, from what I'm told to observe, a less flat surface, much bigger holes, larger stature overall.


I have more recent pics but am at work so will add them later, and any requested feature macros. Thanks in advance for your input!

@bonitin may be able to help, she posted pics of M. adansonii so may have some idea on how to differentiate.
I want to live in a world where the chicken can cross the road without its motives being questioned.

I know this is rather late but I was researching the same thing and stumbled upon a great explanation about this plant ID.

(it wont let me post the link to the page but a google search of MugglePlants + Adansonii vs obliqua should lead you there) Crossing Fingers!
