Hi all! My mom has this weird weed/plant growing in her field, and for the life of me I cannot figure out what it is. She says it has a square stem like mint would.

The flowers look cress-like. Could the plant be hare's-ear mustard (Conringia orientalis), which has leaves that clasp the stem?
