I live on the coast of Portugal. I know little to nothing about plants so I don't know how to describe it. I'm very curious what it is. It currently lives in a full sun, dry spot. The flowers have a strong scent that reminds me of chamomile or something like that. They are small, roughly 1,5 cm in diameter. The leaves are small and thin. Thank you :)

Maybe Cotton Lavender (Santolina chamaecyparissus). Its native to the Mediterranean area.
