So I got this plant (I think it might a a fern) and this started to happen. It seems that its sprouting new plants. How do I re plant them (if I should)? Or does this mean the plant is sick? Could someone also tell me its name, Ive tryed to find it online but nothing appears. Im also bad ar reaserching plants.

I am so bad trying to figure out ferns! It looks similar to some of the photos at this database entry for Mother Shield Fern (Polystichum proliferum) One of the photos for comparison:




It also reminds me a bit of a fern I have (below) that was labeled as Asplenium 'Austral Gem' but I've since been told that is incorrect.
