My grandfather bought a dump truck full of cow manure and after it was plowed in to the garden these started growing. Any help with what they are or how to deal with them would be great. Thanks in advance

Welcome!

Probably Amaranth. The stems and leaves of Amaranth is combined with corn stems and leaves and used as cattle feed.
