I came across a photo of the TB Iris germanica 'Nancy Glazier' (Hamblen, 1985). It was posted by a "paul2032".
This particular flower was named after my father's aunt, who is an artist as well as a lover of nature.
I would be so grateful if anyone could provide information to help me locate a grower/supplier of this beautiful and special flower.

Welcome Kat Welcome!
I wonder if anyone who has used "Nancy Glazier" in their iris breeding program would still have it? Looking at its child irises, I would consider chasing up Vincent Christopherson and Larry Lauer. There is thread in the iris forum on garden.org called "V. Christopherson, hybridizer" from 2012 that has his details as "3301 Hanover Drive, Arlington, Texas 76014-2433 [email protected]". I don't know if this is still current. Larry's website is http://lauersiris.com

I don't remember if I ever grew it, but it was one I would like myself. I have tried Googling with no success. I met Nancy years ago and have seen some of her art. As well as being very talented, she is a lovely person.
