I got this mislabeled peony from Bannister garden in 2015, the bloom is so big, with the rainy weather we had, I have to bring it indoor. Can anyone help me with an ID please!

That is huge! At least you get something nice from Bannister. I bought 7 roots from her and only 2 are correct and 2 have not yet bloomed. The rest are all wrong!

Karen, I ordered 8 roots, and it's 4 right, 4 wrong, about 50%.

I don't think any of mine have bloomed from them yet so I guess I'll see in a month or so. That's really disappointing, they were such a reliable seller before the retirement sale.

Yes, I too ordered from Bannister.

I ordered 6, 3 are not true to name so far.

1 true to name, 2 have not bloomed yet.

So, one out of 6 so far are true to name:)

also, I ordered Itoh Peach Cobbler and it turned out not to even be an Itoh. disappointment!

lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

They were always good pre-retirement sale. Really hate when people take advantage like that....I'm still waiting for most of what I ordered to bloom, sure I'll have tons of mis-ids as well. Crazy thing is she even emailed me about a few that she said they were out of and asked what I'd like instead, gave a listing....
