I am hesitant to ask for an ID from a picture but this iris is a relatively newer cultivar and the coloring is distinctive. Falls are a plush near black with a bright splash on the hafts and the standards are heavily veined. I thought it was No Restraint, an IB, but it is TB size. Any help?

Sure looks like Action Packed. You have a lot of Paul Black's iris so it is a good possibility if it came from Mid-America.
