Plant ID forum: Fruit tree Identification

I recently started renovating the old homestead on Porcher Island in Northern British Columbia which used to be an old orchard.

I came upon this one tree that has quite prolific growth but not flowers/fruit at the moment and I was wondering if someone could tell me what it was

Looks like apple but no way to know which one. Shrug!
