Hi all AGAIN
I Have A golden celebration rose planted last year in container I trained it on the railing I would like to move it and train it on the other side where I can enjoy it's beautiful blossoms
Can I move it train it and when can I do this I would think in fall I'm zone 7

And that isn't Rose (Rosa 'Golden Celebration'), it looks like Rose (Rosa 'Golden Showers')

Since it is in a container, I can't think of any obvious problems with moving it to any other location right now, provided that location gets about the same amount of light and moisture.
