So I've looked in all my wild edible books, as well as done a few online searches. This plant looks like a cross between a mustard/ curly dock/ kale... wide variety of leaves. Tastes very green with a mild tartness when u bite into it. Overall mild. Top of leaves smooth, bottom slightly rough. 4 petals 6 stamen.
Cant tell how it smells, have a cold. Lol. My cat wont leave it alone. Renting a place and it's all over the garden.

I'm pretty sure that's Horseradish.

Omg it is horseradish! I tasted some root after u responded and nothing... turns out there's curly dock mixed in here. That's what I tasted originally... grabbed another one, didn't manage to get actual root but took a bit off the end of the stem n whooie. That's horseradish. Thank you so much! Do ya know if the greens r usable too? Cuz that's a lot of wasted green for some roots. :)
