|We just bought tomatoes from the local community garden and two of them, Black Beauty and Heirloom varieties, are starting to turn brown and wood-like along the stem. The leaves are in tact and are still green and they are continuing to grow in height. We've googled tomato diseases but nothing seemed to look or sound like what is happening to the plants. Any ideas??

|Please fill in your profile. It really makes difference, also picture of whole plant.
I'm just guessing that a general fungiside may help ! It won't hurt !
