I live in north Texas and my tomatoes have blooms on them but no tomatoes can you tell me why and what I can do

To warm or to cold, most tomatoes dont set. Butt !!! Try this. In morning, give blossoms a little flick of the finger. This will pollinate them. Thumbs up
