Hey! Got this vine from Home Depot and it was just labeled "vine", I have had it about a week and it is growing like crazy.

Any one know of a specific name?

It looks like variegated trailing periwinkle, did you buy it as an indoor plant? Some pictures to compare (the ones in the NGA database mostly don't show the trailing habit as clearly):

I would say it looks like a periwinkle.
I got it from the outdoors garden center at home depot or menards. I got it because I liked the trails and needed something to hang in my macrame I made (my previous plant got too big). I am going to keep it indoors.
