Hi there everyone, I've noticed that a few leaves on my philodendron hederaceum micans are looking a bit miserable. Some have numerous tiny spots/holes and others have yellowed. Can anyone help identify a potential cause/causes? Thank you!

Is sunburn a possible cause? The white spots aren't sunburn, but the last leaf looks like it could be. If the soil gets too dry, the oldest leaves would be discarded. If the roots are struggling because they are out of space, &/or there is no oxygen in the soil, that could also cause older leaves to be discarded. But, individual leaves do not last forever. I can't tell from the pics where on the plant the losses are occurring.
