Was gifted these cuttings.
The first one has tall spikes of white blooms

This little guy looked like a carpet crawling all over the pot.

Thanks Lin, it does look like it, but the 2nd one grows very flat, and spreads out rather than the height of 10-14 in. they give in the description. I did get a response from another site that suggested it is a Brazilian species.

Aha, U002! I thought it looked familiar, it's one I came across recently when googling! http://www.begoniasocietypbfl.... now known as Begonia 'Manaus' which is related to a new one I just got today Rhizomatous Begonia (Begonia solimutata)

Another new one that came today is Begonia (Begonia polilloensis)

I sure hope I can keep them alive!

The Begonia solimutata should have some heat tolerance. My biggest problem with Begonia's is if I have them outside in summer when we hit the rainy season they melt.

Yeah, for the time being these are going to stay in the house. I know if I put them outside they will get lost in the jungle. Green Grin! I have them in a southeast window that gets bright light all day but no direct sun; fully shaded by oak and maple trees.
