I have a spot in my garden in which a quick-growing vine is climbing up another plant. The vines go deep into the soil (about 5 inches) and seems to be sprouting from fragments of a root left over from last season. I'm not sure whether this is a keeper or not. Any idea what it is and whether its non-invasive?

Thanks!

Looks to be a Syngonium. Sometimes used as a houseplant.
