Plant ID forum: Please Help Me Identify a Flower

My wife and I saw this plant in a hanging basket at a market.

The seller didn't accept cards, and by the time we got back with cash, it had been sold.

My wife was really disappointed, because she thought they were the most beautiful flowers she had ever seen.

Unfortunately, there was no tag on the basket, so I have no idea what type of plant it is.

I'd like to surprise her with one, so of someone could help me identify it, I would be very grateful.

Fuchsia. I don't know exactly which cultivar but I have that plant on my porch.
