I want to have a drought resistant grass substitute. I am thinking of growing Dymondia/Silver Carpet because there is low foot traffic. Does anyone know where I can buy Dymondia seeds? I know Dymondia takes a long time to spread so I want to grow it faster with seeds.

Any alternative drought resistant ground cover?

Ice plant grows like weeds in California. Very commonly available as plants. Never seen seeds for it. I have mine in a container, but if my other ground cover doesn't get moving, my ice plant gets a promotion.
