Plant ID forum: Another Mystery plant

Hi everyone.

I have this plant in my backyard. I am not sure if these are weeds or a kind of herb or something else. I wanted to find out.

Here is one of them. It smells pretty sweet. My mom says it is Basil, but I dont think so.

Definitely not basil. Could be rosemary?

I agree not basil. Maybe tarragon?

I found out what is is. It is tarragon. I could tell by the smell and taste.
