Is it possible to have our plant lists done alphabetically instead of numbered pages? That way when looking for a plant in our list we can do it quicker by letter than searching the pages by number. Thanks Susan

Hi Susan, actually, the lists are already in alphabetical order. They are separated into pages but you can change how many show up at once in your preferences (click on the person icon in the top right of the page to find your settings).

Mine is set to show 500 per page so a quick scroll brings me to the plant I am looking for. Thumbs up

I think Susan might be asking to show letters instead of page numbers? i.e. "A", "C", "L", "P", etc. depending on what plants you have in your list.

Thank you Australis. Yes that's exactly what I'm saying! I just think it would be so much easier to look at our plant list by alphabet. Example: In my daylily plant list I could simply go to the letter S and find Siloam Baby Doll much quicker than a numbered list.

The only way that would work is if Dave added options to select by both genus or cultivar. Susan only has hemerocallis listed so currently her only useful option is by cultivar. That wouldn't work for me. I would find it more useful to first select by genus, then an option to view by an alphabetical cultivar list.
But that would seem it would take a few clicks to get to that point. I could get there just as fast with a quick scroll since I have 500 items per page.

Sue's answer is the right one. Because there are so many different names that might be selected, it's not really feasible to do this.
