I am in Northern CA. We have a new home and are discovering lots of cool plants in the yard. Please help identify this plant. Iguess it is a ground cover of some kind. It grows around and over objects, sometimes swallowing them whole!

Thanks!

The stems look more delicate than the images in Maidenhair Vine (Muehlenbeckia complexa)

I have Wire Vine in a pot. If this is it, remind me never to plant it in the ground!
