They have probably outgrown their tiny pots.

Sree - you can either transplant your babies into larger pots with potting soil or plant in the ground. If you're using seed starting mix, it doesn't have any nutrients to feed the plant. Once the babies get acclimated to their new home, cut back on the watering. I generally use a granulated fertilizer mixed in with the soil but others may recommend another type of fertilizer. Don't over-feed though.

Depends a bit on what kind of flowers you planted, too. Could you tell us what they are, and preferably post some pictures of your little baby plants as well, please?

Some flowers grow much better in garden soil than in pots. But some will do better in pots, although it depends upon how much care you give them. Pots are much higher maintenance than plants in the ground. In hot weather you'll be watering them every day and probably fertilizing once a month if not more often.
