Hello and thanks everyone for your help, could anybody tell me if these little pin hole spots are normal for this plant ' margarita sweet potato vine'

I haven't noticed pin holes like that but here the sweet potato vines inevitably get somewhat larger holes all over them from the golden tortoise beetle. Whether they start out that small and then get enlarged I don't know, but you might look at the underneath of the leaves for a pretty gold coloured beetle that looks like this, especially if the holes do get any bigger:

Also, could be flea beetles, there tinyer than a regular flea. You'll see them jumping around on ground if you disturb soil. If it is, sprinkle some used coffee grounds on soil and on plants.
Plants look like there ready to go in ground also.
