Hi and welcome, Marikatt. A picture is worth a thousand words - please could you post a picture of your mystery flower for us.

The color and size of the flower, the foliage on the whole plant, how big is the plant, is it a shrub, or a tree or a perennial or annual flower, is it growing in the sun or shade? Etc. See, a picture (or two or three) will tell us so much more than a description.

It sounds like some kind of Hibiscus or Malvaceae relative.

It's my friend's flowers. She is going to bring a picture in and we can from there.
I thought it would be like a honeycomb pod inside the flower..she said it was a delicate.
thank you everyone for trying to figure it out.

I'm going to watch this as I would like to know what it is, too. A picture would be very helpful.

these come in different colors, and spread by seed. the seed may not be true, so you can get some different colors.
