Does anyone know these three species of plants and what they are called?? Any specific info about them will also be greatly appreciated :)

The first one is a bougainvillea, probably "Barbara Karst'.

I agree on Bougainvillea and morning glory. Would the last one (assuming the cactus) be a prickly pear, Opuntia.

Tall Morning Glory (Ipomoea purpurea 'Grandpa Ott')
Common Morning Glory (Ipomoea purpurea)

There are several species of Opuntia. The genus entry:
