Think it is this: White Jelly Roll Ductifera pululahuana (Exidiaceae)

DESCRIPTION
Flattened, fleshy, overlapping, gelatinous, white
when young, turning cream to yellow with age.

ECOLOGY
This fungus can be found growing on the
decaying hardwood of trees.

FIELD NOTES
When fruiting bodies are clustered together
they closely resemble a brain.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
