So I've had this plant since late March 2017, it is now June 2017. This plant has done well, it even seems like it has grown a bit since I brought it home. In the past few weeks I have added some palm and cactus soil to its pot and I have noticed that (2) stems are sprouting on either side of my dracena marginata palm. Are these more dracenas?!! Or are they weeds of some sort? Unsure whether to nurture them or pull them. If they are weeds, I don't want them harming my tree. I'd be ecstatic if they were baby trees! Anyone know?

They aren't baby Dracaenas. I'm thinking seeds blew into your pot, or they came in with potting soil. I can't ID them. The babies look just like the top of your plant, with thin ribbon-y leaves.

A weed volunteer. Just pull and toss away, so it will not compete with resources in your container.
