Plant ID forum: Flowering bush ID

I've had this bush up against my fence since we bought the house 10 years ago. I keep trimming back every spring and twice had flowers. This spring it has tons. I think it has to do with the timing of my trims. It's not very fragrant. I saw a picture of a mock orange that looks similar but not sure. Any ideas?
