This is my first year to grow a small garden. I found out I did something stupid the other day. I want to put a bigger wire on my tomato bush. I pulled the old one out and I can't get the bigger one to go on right ist is wanting to fall over and looks terrible alot of leaves are dead too is there a way to fix my screw up thank you

You won't get that new cage over your tomato so move on to plan B. Pound a tree stake or T-stake into the ground and tie your tomato to the post with twine.

Or use hog wire to build a new cage. Hold the cage up with tree stakes or T-stakes.
