Good afternoon! I bought this shrub or tree from the Houston Garden Center this Spring. I kept all of the little inserts for the plants I bought so that I had their names, but I can't seem to remember where I put it.

I'm not sure if this is a tree or shrub, but I remember buying it and placing it in a certain spot in my front flower bed so that it would grow several feet high and provide some shade. I have had it planted since the end of February and has consistently produced and rid itself of small white flowers. The leaves are long and thin. The reason I am trying to identify this plant, is because it has not gotten any taller over the months, while everything else in my beds are shooting up. I was wanting to see if it was a water hog, or needed a certain kind of nutrition.

Thanks!
Jessica K.

Hi Jessica, Welcome!

Your lovely shrub/tree reminds me of Oleander (Nerium oleander)
