I live in Zone 7B. I know lantana is normally planted in spring but is it too late to plant in my zone?

Lantana is tough, I would plant it almost any time.

You'll need to scroll down aways to get to the section called 'Hardy Perennials for Mississippi Gardens'. Note that it says Lantana's bloom season is Spring - Fall.
