Hi!

I just got this plant as a gift, but I have no idea what it is. I'm really not good at keeping non-aquatic plants, so a dummie care sheet is absolutely vital.

Sorry if the photo looks bad. I just took it on a whim in the middle of the night.

Looks like Selaginella. They like being misted. I know that but I find them finicky. They definitely don't like going too dry.

The only one I've ever kept alive was under the bench of my greenhouse with a mister pointed at it.

Oh, I take that back. I successfully grew one in a closed 1 gallon glass jar - until it outgrew the jar. Smiling

Sorry about the first photo! Like I said, it was in the middle of the night for me so I couldn't really tell how it looked. Hopefully this one is better! Crossing Fingers!

From you guys' posts, the future of this plant really doesn't look too bright Sad Might just have to pass it on to my mom so I'm not the one responsible for killing it.

Pass it on to her in a giant jar. Tell her its a late Mother's Day gift. Smiling
