Hi all going to spray neem oil on my David austins I read that I have to spray some of the leaves first to see how they react How long do I wait for any reaction if any ?

Spray in the evening after the sun has left the plants so the Neem has time to dry before the sun comes up. Otherwise, you will burn your roses.
Make sure you buy 100% Neem.
