I recognize it... Just can't put a name to it right now.
One of the early spring annuals.... Not an herb.

Could be Thaspi arvense. A close up of one of the stem leaves where it joins the stem would be helpful (there should be two pointy bits which I think I can see but not clearly enough to be sure):
