I have my tomatoes in raised beds. It's been raining off and on the last two days and this morning I noticed some sort of white matter on the surface of my soil. I don't know if it's some sort of fungus or maybe a bird was sick there. But I'm wondering if I should replace the dirt or throw out my cherry tomatoes?

I agree Salt buildup. The tomatoes will be fine.
