I saw this plant in an office. I want to purchase one but don't know what it is or where to find. What is the name of this plant?

I think it's a Dieffenbachia aka Dumb Cane. It's a nice indoor plant but not safe around small children. The common name points to its poisonous quality that can make you unable to speak temporarily if it is ingested.

They get quite big, but can be started from cuttings as they are doing in your picture.
