I'm a beginner gardener (these are my first real plants) and we live on the third floor of an apartment building (not much bugs or anything) and I got these tomato plants at Costco and their leaves look worrisome? What should I do?
I've been taking care of them for about a week

Cut off those very yellow leaves as those are already dead. Repot your plants one to a pot into larger pots. Let them grow and see what happens.

Its not bugs. Tomato plants are just prone to fungus type diseases which cause yellowing or browning leaves. Usually plants grow and produce plenty of fruit anyway.

Looks like nutrient deficiency.
When are you planing to set that plant in the garden?
Won't grow much in that tiny pot.
