My own experience I held onto in secret for all this time. But actually, I am relating it kinda in defense of Eustace rather than to attack her.
I harbor her no ill will. I just will never do business there again. I prefer vendors to be communicative, even if everything goes wrong (in fact especially if everything goes wrong). Communication is the key to all relationships.

Your posts are fine As have been 99% of the posts ever made to this forum. What we are simply trying to avoid in the forum is the continuous direct self promoting....posts made by sellers that look and read like an advertisement. All sellers need to do is make their post a part of a discussion and not advertising.

I've been thinking about a sticky to list 2022 website updates that anyone can post an update in, but we've always had individual threads with discussion...which would everyone like better? A sticky would keep the update and link handy rather than a thread that moves down and disappears....

I love hearing when listings go up and may be more likely to read a thread-heading than see a sticky. Larry, you are savvier than me.

Thanks for the clarification. I have found people's comments helpful in the past and have made some good purchases on the basis of that info. And the warnings are helpful too. I also appreciate the protocol against wanton self-promotion- we are bombarded with ads and solicitations all day long, and it's nice to have a break.

We also have to consider illness as a possible cause. I went through this with a Benz plant that I purchased from him on he LA. He had what I believed was described as a heart attack and has not been doing well since. I have purchased seeds from Eustace on the LA without incident in the past. You never know.
Matt Henry is a well respected young man from what I can tell. I love his garden tours of other peoples garden on Youtube. I have never bought any plants on Facebook (Meta), but I have visited the sites.
