I have had this succulent for about 8 months now, and it has always been slightly elongated and had three little succulents in the same pot. I am concerned that the plant is beginning to die due to the leaves turning brown and flaky at the bottom. I was curious if it is time to cut the top off and some leaves off to begin propagating them? I have been doing research and I think that my succulent it is a Echeveria subsessilis 'Morning Beauty', but i could be wrong. Then plant is facing south and sitting on my window sill. Any tips for making this little one last longer, and be happier would be greatly appreciated!!
