Looks great, Dave! What do you do for aeration?

Everything is in balance. Excess nutrients are taken up by the plants, the mosquito fish keep the mosquitos under control and I have a few oxygenating plants in there. I do a 10-15% water change every 10 days or so. No aeration is needed.
