Plant ID forum: Anyone know what this beauty is?

This shrub grows in a park by me. I love it.. The plant isn't very big or wide. The flowers are profuse, and look like miniature dogwood flowers. Blooming now in Ohio.( June) Flowers last long. No scent. I think it has tiny berries in the fall.

I don't know the answer but I've seen that growing here in western Pennsylvania (hi, neighbor!!) too.

You should get fabulous seed pods later in the year...and glorious colour of the leaves in the fall.
